Lost Wax Carving

that you have designed yourself we can make it for you!
Custom jewelry typically takes around 30-60 days to make.
Lost wax carving is an ancient art that has been around
for hundreds and possibly thousands of years.
The name comes from the fact that
after the mold is created the original wax jewelry carving
is melted away and "lost".
First the item is carved out of high quality wax, stones can be set
to give a better idea of the finished product.
After you have seen the piece and approved the wax
or informed us on what changes to make the piece is
placed into a mold and the wax is burned out.
Next the mold is placed into a vacuum and the molten
silver, gold, or platinum is poured into the mold.
Then the piece is polished, any stones are set and
any final adjustments to the piece are made.
You now have your new jewelry!
